Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Digital Progamme Director, will primarily be responsible for tracking and sharing best practice on the key Fulfilment KPIs of the digital products of Reed Exhibitions. In said capacity, the successful candidate is expected to understand and share best practice from a business unit, set up trackers on Fulfilment, define targets, analyze root causes of low Fulfilment results on key products, and provide recommendations to address the same. Additionally the role is expected to develop self-service dashboards for use by the business units and the Digital Center of Excellence, as well as deliver reports and conduct presentations to various audiences, especially Senior Leadership members. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Reed Exhibitions has a global approach to achieving high levels of Fulfilment and meet the objective of enabling customers (exhibitors) who purchase our digital products to realize their full value.
Accountabilities
Collaboratively define targets for Exhibitor Fulfilment together with the business units and digital communityTrack and report on the Digital Fulfilment status at a business unit and digital community level.Identify and utilize relevant data sources from across the business that can contribute to better insights and tracking of progress.Gather and analyze data to detect poor performance against targets for Fulfilment of digital products.Develop and maintain reports that will provide high visibility on the status of Fulfilment vs agreed targets, challenges, forecasts, etc.Create presentations, effectively visualizing data and insights, and recommendations deliver same to various audiences as necessary, including Senior Leadership Teams.Actively engage with any and all stakeholders/colleagues in the RX digital community, immersing in the process, and participating in projects/activities that may give valuable data/insights that can be incorporated in existing or future reports.Other Qualifications/Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any fieldMust have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExcellent verbal and written communications skills in business EnglishProficient in data management, analysis, visualization, and reportingAnalytical skills, particularly concerning Root-Cause-Analysis and remedial actionsExperience working with the software development lifecycleNegotiation and collaboration skillsKnowledgeable in MS Excel, PowerBI, and similar applicationsExperience working with the software development lifecycleAdept in creating powerpoint decks and delivering presentationsExperience interacting with senior leadership teamsStakeholder management with business stakeholders in globally distributed business units
