Excellent English communication skills - written and verbalExperience producing copy for print and digital media channelsProven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaignsExceptional skill in social media writingProficiency with common MS office softwareCreativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamMust be located in Metro Manila, can report physically on-site if needed (Quezon City, Taguig, Makati, or Alabang)Can work as a full-time employeeROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Writes clear and error-free content for print and digital for recruitment marketing purposesCreates copy, content, write-ups exclusive for recruitment needs - employee referral program, external hiring evet, job fairs, digital job advertisements, social media job postings, etc.Works closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand their needs, brand voice, and target audienceCollaborates with graphic artist to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materialsWHAT WE OFFER:
