Handles outbound calls.
Respond to customer calls using product knowledge.
Resolve customer questions and issues.
Works to build customer confidence in the brand.
When applicable, promote opportunities for additional products and services.
Call previous No Shows and Cancelled clients to re-invite them to attend to free forex seminars. It will form part of your metric and will be referred to as “rebooks”.
Call clients registered in our database and confirm their attendance for upcoming free workshops. This is the confirmation process.
Your performance on Show Up Rate must be at passing rate. This is marketing Reg to Attend and rebook attendance
Your minimum requirement per day on dials is 250 or 4.5 hours of talk time.
