Customer Success Manager (Field-based)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that will ensure the achievement of saturation targets of the assigned territory for the company’s e-RTM platform.

ENABLES DISTRIBUTORS TO ACHIEVE RECRUITMENT TARGETS

Manages and works with the clients’ distributor teams to achieve the recruitment target of wholesalers and sari-sari stores.Monitors key measures and creates short to long term strategies to ensure 100% achievement of targets.

RESOLUTION OF CLIENT CONCERNS

Listens to the concerns of the distributors and clients and aligns it with the internal team for resolution.Monitors and ensures all clients’ concerns are resolved in a timely manner.Manages concerns so that only those that are truly crucial are focused on.

FACILITATION OF REGULAR WORKSHOPS AND MEETINGS

Facilitates various meetings and workshops as needed to equip the clients’ distributor teams to achieve key targets.These sessions include but are not limited to:Operations reviewsTraining SessionsProblem Solving SessionsEnsures all meetings and workshops achieve the objectives set for each session.

REQUIREMENTS

College GraduateComputer literacy

QUALIFICATIONS

Adequate understanding of General Trade operations.Familiarity with modern day tech solutions.Adept at using computers and cell phones.Ability to counsel, advise and influence.Ability to solve problemsAbility to negotiate Ability to teachAbility to communicate and train othersCreative, Flexible and Willing to learn new thingsAdaptable to the high-paced changes of the tech industryWilling to travel nationwide
