Mall Marketing Officer - Forbes Town Center

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned propertySpearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled.Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned toMonitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every eventCoordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handledMonitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handledPrepare post promo / post mortem for all activities handled for filingEnsure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelinesMonitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every eventPrepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to eventsCreate and build suppliers database / Create bids for required suppliers and services

Experience:

Graduate of any business related course At least five (5) years experience in mall marketing in a supervisory level Willing to work at Newport Mall Pasay City or Eastwood Mall Quezon City
