Job Description
The District Sales Manager will effectively lead the teams of the district sales, manage performance, and set weekly monthly targets.
Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of sales volume objectivesEnsure effective and dominant merchandisingAchieve horizontal and vertical distributionEnsure collection and forecastingEnsure attainment of sales objective (VDMCERA)Conduct Sales training and coaching of salesman and performance evaluationSales support system requirements are complete and fully accomplishedEnsure AR recon is being done on a regular basisManage and monitor promo spending and selling expense utilizationSecure collection guidelines are being followed by KAS and DASBuild and maintain strong business relationshipsSet targets by route, account, and brandTrack and monitor sales performance of KAS/DAS and accountsAssist trade services in improving SOSProspect, qualify and review new distributorsJob Qualifications
College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, and other associated degreesAt least two to three years of sales and operations management experience in a manufacturingProven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to closeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
