about the Sales Effectiveness Manager RoleThe Sales Effectiveness Manager role will be the central functional interface between the FTI organisation and necessary partner functions that are critical for the successful running of the day-to-day business operation and facilitation of business growth. The Sales Effectiveness Manager will lead the development of processes for the business to understand and manage performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the facilitator and validator for the consensus forecasting (S&OP) process and drives business planning and calendar for the divisionLead the development of structures/processes for the business to understand and manage performanceProvide recommendations based on fact-based data, ensuring that customer/dealer/shopper insights are considered, maximise opportunities, and deliver expected returns to the businessCraft a People Competency Modules, Roadmap and GuidelinesRegularly review and enhance the Sales CRMTo succeed in this Sales Effectiveness Manager role, you must have an experience in sales operations and people management.
Key Requirements:
Graduate of BS supply chain, mathematics graduate or any related business courseAt least 5 - 10 years of experience from consumer electronics or FMCG industryExperience in other sales or marketing disciplines (field sales, key accounts, sales force effectiveness and trade marketing)This company is a well-known distributor of consumer electronics and household appliance in the Philippines.
