SUMMARY OF RESPonSIBILITIESArea Growth and DevelopmentOversee and manage financial performance of all clustered stores within the assigned area/territoryHandle a minimum of 3 up to 10 Company Owned storesAchievement of monthly and annual sales targetsBusiness development functionsLook for sites to meet expansion targetsNegotiate COL terms with lessorsLook for potential corporate account clients in the area and negotiate termsEnsure timely opening of new stores in the assigned areaEnsure availability of optimum manpower per store based on current TCEstablish contacts/relationships with local LGU’s, organizations to gain market insights/intelligence that may benefit /affect the stores performance in the assigned area.Develop business plans for the growth and development of the territory.Develop and plan marketing programsJOB REQUIREMENTSGraduate of any business-related course.Previous experience (with Generika or previous employment) in managing multi-unit/stores in the retail industry.At least 4 years’ experience in a similar function (fast food or pharma)COMPETENCIESPossesses strong demonstrated leadership capabilitiesAble to establish or to attend store activities.Able to identify problems and choose a logical solution.Able to understand the functional aspects of store operations.Able to gather relevant data to prepare, evaluate and analyze reportsAble to give instructions and supervise teams.Able to supervise team members within and outside of Store Activities.Able to exercise tact and diplomacyAble to deliberate or discuss Supervisor matters with store operations members.Able to train and motivate team membersAble to prepare sound proposals and present to corporate clients, close and manage the account.Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent team playerTime managementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAble to render extended work hours as required by store activitiesAble to grow and develop his/her teamCoaching and mentoring team membersCapable of working effectively with other support team or units
