An exciting Sr. Product Manager job has opened up at a multinational pharmaceutical company.about the Sr. Product Manager - Primary Care Role:The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for identifying and driving initiatives to meet customer/business needs and requirements and manage relationships with customers and principals in the cardio therapeutic line.Key Responsibilities:Sales performanceEnsure effective product and cycle plans, strategies and marketing promotionsManage evolution index performanceRally team members to generate growth vs industry via regular monitoring of product performance vs plan and competition through market research data, internal sales data, field force feedback and other meansManage market share performanceEnsure development and effective implementation of promotions/marketing programmes to achieve desired market shareProfitabilityMonitor competitive price movements and decides on appropriate price adjustmentsStrategic marketing and brand managementDevelop strategic partnerships with key prescribers, focusing on oncology, endocrine specialities as well as other assigned specialised fields, to understand and anticipate business needs and support customer goals through commercial collaboration, advocacy, and other customer segment/brand strategic initiatives in collaboration with the global brand teamBusiness analytics and territorial planningEffectively utilise internal/external customer and market data sources (e.g. IMS data, direct/indirect wholesales sales, contract performance) to identify quantitative trends, create marketing insights to formulate sales strategy, develop sales forecasts, and proactively communicate outputsTo succeed in this Sr. Product Manager role, you must be able to handle primary care brands that came from multinational companies.Key Requirements:College degree is required in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferredBachelor's degree with five to seven years of directly related experienceHandled strong brands/market leaders in primary care TAs (CV, Pain, Diabetes)Coming from top pharmaceutical companies is a plusPreferably with OTC/retail experience still ethical in natureThe company is a multinational pharmaceutical company.If you are a progressive product manager with a can-do attitude, this Sr. Product Manager is an excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader within the Philippines.Apply today or contact me to discuss this new opportunity.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
