The role of the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) contributes to DPC’s success by the retention of top tiered / key accounts and acquisition of new business accounts in order to maximize the revenues of the Yellow Pages (Print and Digital).A Key Accounts Manager (KAM) makes face-to-face calls in order to present to a partner (prospective / revenue) all YP platforms and maintain the relationship by providing quality service. He/she is responsible for the end-to-end process; from appointment setting to the execution of the contract

Key Results Areas/Accountabilities: 

Achieve target quota for the year, and/or for a specified period within the canvass’ year, Identify and screen new business opportunities (i.e., leads and PA-gen) in the assigned territory through face-to-face visits (suyod), cold calls and networking, Renew top tiered revenue accounts and identify opportunities for revenue increases, Provide a complete solution and quality service to existing and prospective partners through the fulfillment of their availed YP platforms

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Ardvertising, Commerce, Mass Communication or equivalent;Preferably with at least 3-5 years work related experienceWilling to do fieldworkPossesses excellent oral and written communication skills.Full-time position available
