JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.With at least 4 years of work experience as Marketing supervisor.Must have at least experience with a People Management role, Event Management, and Customer Service.Great communication skills and the ability to communicate empathy and compassion.With experience in traditional and digital sales & marketing.Can work well under pressure.Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and on holidays.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct a business or marketing plan.Responsible for creating awareness and promoting Estancia De Lorenzo as the leading hotel farm resort in the community.Responsible for ensuring that the company delivers the brand of service experience and ensuring the company values, vision and mission are met.Oversee the implementation of all marketing activitiesDesign and implement a strategic marketing plan.Develop and implement a customer feedback system that gathers data for continued service improvements.Conceptualize, plan, organize and oversee the implementation of memorial services.-
