Requirements:
- Performs variety of administrative duties/functions as required by the EVP
- Handles logistics in organizing operational meetings / conferences / Managing the EVP's calendar
- Handling travel arrangements such as flights / hotel booking / land transport / Visa application
- Coordinates activities and functions with other departments such as: Travel Desk, HR Dept, IT, and external vendors etc
- Handles Petty cash fund for the EVP, immediate need of expenses and replenishes it from time to time
- Work with multiple teams to gather data and follow up as required
- Be analytical, create and publish weekly dashboards / presentations as required
