Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports. Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Provides strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors. Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units. Works closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job descriptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles. Develops recommendations and presents findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent At least 2 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team Lead With experience/ background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantage Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of general recruitment processes Must possess the following competencies:- Customer Focus (core)- Qualify Orientation (Core)- Results Achievement (core)- Teamwork (Core)- Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)- Keen on details- Strong multitasking skills
