Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports. Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution.  evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.  Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions.  Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Provides strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors. Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units. Works closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job descriptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles. Develops recommendations and presents findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent At least 2 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team Lead With experience/ background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantage Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of general recruitment processes Must possess the following competencies:- Customer Focus (core)- Qualify Orientation (Core)- Results Achievement (core)- Teamwork (Core)- Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)- Keen on details- Strong multitasking skills
