Must have a bachelor's degree in MarketingGood communication skillsWith experience is a plusDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares materials for clients and sellers presentations.Coordinates and prepares requests for use of vehicle for client trips and site orientation of the Broker Sales Officer.Interfaces with bus development and marketing group in the preparation of monthly sales activity calendar.Ensures availability and proper allocation of sales materials to support sales programs.Interfaces with sales documentation department and finance department regarding sales accounts and commission follow-ups.Prepares weekly prospecting and workable accounts report for Mancom purposes.Assists in the preparation and processing of accreditation and recruitment forms to ensure that all sellers are properly affiliated with service contracts.Prepares database of all accredited sellers to ensure proper commission payout.Disseminates training schedules and assists broker sales officer and training officer in the preparation of training and sales materials.Assists clients during ocular visits and closing.-
