Responsibilities:
Leading company-wide product innovationSetting strategic direction of the site based on customer needs and business goalsConverting strategic goals into operational tasksWorking with graphic designers to create and maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all productsDefining navigational flow and user experience on the site, apps, etc.Making proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plansDeveloping and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectivesDefining KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a projectevaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of actionWorking closely with users to ensure all projects meet business needsQualifications:
Working Experience in the Travel Industry and Financial Technology is an advantage.Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-makingExperience with emerging data-mining technologyExperience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environmentExperience and passion for web design, functionality, and testingEnthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and to apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovationAbility to motivate and inspire development teams to achieve beyond what they imagined possibleEntrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving businessExperience with the latest internet trends and technologiesMBA or advanced Math, Computer Science, or Statistics degree preferredIn addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies and skill sets:
