Partner with Business Leaders to develop and implement appropriate HR strategies to meet business needs, and implement HR best practicesLead Organisational Development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, organisation restructuringAdvise Industrial Relations regulations and local employment policiesReview and develop C&B structure and policies, incentive plan redesignevaluate hiring needs and oversee talent acquisition strategy for the organisationDrive cultural transformation and engagement initiatives to build a highly motivated team and workplaceIdentify capability needs for teams and individuals and implement training and development plans and initiativesEnsure regulatory compliance across organisation in accordance with local policyProfile
At least 10 years of relevant HR experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience working with commercial sales and marketing teamsSkilled in C&B and incentive designWell versed with Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsJob Offer
