JOB OBJECTIVE

Develops and executes performance management strategy, policies, processes and practices that will enable the employee to perform their duties according to the core values and standards of the Company and are committed to the Company’s mission and vision.Develops strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management framework.Develops and implements departmental succession planning, performance improvement plan, promotion system, and performance awards/recognition.Promote a disciplined culture and ensure employee compliance with the company policies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Hold at least Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or related discipline. Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management or related studies is highly preferred.With one (1) year of experience of relevant experience in Human Resources, especially in Staff Performance Management processes and tools, or other Human Resources field.Experience in leading performance improvement programs and familiarity of Performance Management Process/Activities; 360-degree feedback processes, and other related programs and activities of performance management/organizational developmentAbility to follow directions; Decision Making Skills; Shown ability to work in a group or team; Attention to details; Strong Communication Skills; Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines; Analytical and Critical Thinking; Interpersonal SkillsAbility to influence policy development;Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, multitask and priorities under pressures with minimal supervision.Knowledge and understanding of people management theories/principles and ability to coach others.People oriented and result driven, team player, willing to learn and apply learning techniques;Ability to multi-task and wok in a fast-paced environmentResults oriented individual holding a “can-do attitude”Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Power Point Presentation, HRC System, HR Workflow System
