HR Engagement Specialist
Eastwood Libis, QC (Hybrid – one day per week at our Eastwood Office)
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Propose and own annual employee engagement programs that will support Sourcefit’s organizational goals and culture.
• Partner with HR Business Partners in creating engagement activities to foster positive employee experience and to promote a culture of excellence
• Own metrics that tracks employee engagement and employee satisfaction
• Assess company climate through employee surveys
• Responsible for creating and releasing of official HR communication on surveys, memo, policy updates, engagement teasers and other announcements
• Source and work with vendors for events and engagement activities such as but not limited to: weekly activities like contests/raffles, quarterly townhall meeting, annual events like team building and yearend party.
• Prepare budget and detailed plan for all employee engagement programs
• Partner with Marketing department in promoting our company brand as employer
• Adopt applicable social media best practices to support the company’s social media related engagement projects
• HR representative and coordinator for launch of any other Company programs and events
• Perform other related duties required and assigned
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Psychology or any related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing company engagement activities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven skills in organization and multi-tasking
