Qualifications and Requirements
University/Bachelor´s Degree holder in Human Resources / Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent related.Basic knowledge of employee life cycle in a multi-country environment is a plus Knowledge in Workday, Microsoft apps, and document management is a plus .Organized and results-orientedProactively works and requires minimum supervision Good communication Skills.Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide support on Employee Records Management:collection and administration of physical and/or digital personnel files and records in accordance with filing/archiving standards as well as local regulatory and legal requirements for access and audit purposesReview, classify, scan, store, and purge personnel files as prescribed under the employee records digitalization.program for ASP countries such as Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, etc.Work closely with HRC to create and maintain employee records tracker to ensure accuracy of employee records filing and documentation .Report any identified issues and gaps to HRC as they arise Protect employee information and documents with utmost confidentiality Other relevant administrative tasks that may be assigned .
