Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courseWith a minimum of 1 year related experience and relevant technical trainings, preferably on talent acquisition techniques, etc.Proficient in MS Office applicationsStrong composition and prioritizing skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityGood written and oral communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities for Recruitment & Placement
Facilitates sourcing of qualified candidates to fill the manpower request of different departmentsConducts screening, applicant interviews, testing and other onboarding activities in accordance with approved policy on hiringRecommends appropriate actions regarding personnel-movement mattersPrepares office orders, employee appointment, and other related documentsEncodes employee information into Human Resource Information System (HRIS)Creates employee 201 recordMaintains and updates Roster of PersonnelMaintains neat and orderly files of all applicants and manpower information and ensures confidentialityPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiorsDuties and Responsibilities for HR Analytics
Collects and compiles data from a variety of sources including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sourcesAnalyzes and interprets HR data; creates appropriate reports and statistical analyses to aid in providing management with relevant information useful in making business decisionsApplies best practice standards, guidelines, and templates for data management and analytics, and works on continuous improvementPrepares communications memoranda and reports related to assigned areaMaintains neat and orderly files of all HR analytics data and information and ensures confidentialityPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiors
