Grupo Modelos LLC, a Digital Marketing Agency based in the United States, is seeking a FULL TIME Remote Recruiter to join our HR team and work with us on expanding our workforce in the Philippians. The Recruiter position offers a starting wage of $45,000 pesos plus commissions.

The Recruiter is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting from source to hire. This includes creative sourcing techniques, screening, researching, interviewing, and referring qualified job candidates for job openings.

What it looks like to be you:Speak English & SpanishHire approximately 30 - 50 employees per monthAssociates Degree in Human Resources Management required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Source, qualify and conduct in-depth interviews with IT/technical candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit.Build candidate pipelines on social media, job boards and other effective methodsRecommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization.Recommend ways to improve our recruitment related processesReviews applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refers candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes.Effectively manages his or her respective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively deliver short-term and long-term business requirements.Develops recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.Writes and places job advertising in various media.Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.Some travel required
