Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldProven work experience in the Sales industry as a Key Account Specialist or Institutional Account Specialist or specialized in HORECAComplete knowledge of the trends and developments in the Sales industryFamiliarity with CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, and HubSpotExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsGood time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHighly motivated and detail-oriented individualAbility to conduct in-depth researchWillingness to work in a competitive environmentAbility to provide excellent customer serviceCan start immediately.

Job Description:

Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer dataManaging and maintaining customer accountsGathering customer requests and requirementsAssisting Key Account Manager in planning and implementing effective sales strategiesAnalyzing and auditing customer documentsAcknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the samePreparing and presenting data analysis reportsImplementing and monitoring solution strategiesBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationsAssisting in generating potential leadsCoordinating with internal and external team membersEnsuring that all customers receive the products and services on timeAssisting telemarketer in client's concerns / queriesCoordinating with other departmentFollowing up status of deliveries to warehouse.

FIELD WORKS:

Meeting and sampling for new accounts.Exploring restaurants in different areas of Metro Manila.Visiting food courts.

OFFICE WORKS:

Composing proposals and quotationsSourcing clients for new accountsTelemarketingAnswering online queries and following-up customers' status, feedback etc.Processing papers of new clientsChecking stocks position updatesMonitoring sales business planning card.Processing suppliers accreditation, biddingResearch restaurant menus, promos, and other related issues.-
