The Internal Controls & Compliance Manager is responsible in ensuring that all business transactions and operating procedures are in compliance with the internal policies and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Controlling, developing and designing of policies and procedures that are relevant to the Business Unit (BU) and aligned with RRHI-wide directions; ensuring that these policies and procedures are strictly implemented and complied with through regular internal audits and reviewsMonitoring of audit and self-assessment action plans of the BUSimplifying and further improving current business processesProviding training and refresher courses for relevant members of the BU on critical control areas and business process updates
