Assist in the preparation and execution of project plan Assist in identifying operational risks and inform the project managerMonitoring and tracking the progress of shipments and providing regular updates to the project teamAssist with the collection of physical documents required by the documentation teamCoordinate with stakeholders and align schedules, resources, and information on a regular basisEnsure that the established timelines are followed and escalate immediately any issues which can hamper the timelineOversee Breakbulk operations in cooperation with our vendors at the Port (as needed)Analyze and assist the project manager to develop a method of statement to transport ODC/HL cargo with a transporter to complete the transport planShortlisted candidates will be notified.
