Scope:
The role is responsible for completing transactional tasks within the Service Delivery function with limited to no supervision. The role is also required to perform higher level tasks such as team member mentoring, customer reporting and process improvement. Engage proactively and responsively with Account representatives (Local Station staff)Respond to Local Station queries in a timely and responsive manner – possess the skills and knowledge to manage Local Station communication without consulting with SupervisorFully competent in provision of support to Local Stations – using email, Skype voice calls and data logging toolsProficient in the extraction, review and analysis of reports for customersQualifications:
Graduate of 4-year courseFreight Management experienceSolid English communication skills – both written and verbalHigh level Attention to DetailLearning disposition and a curious natureProactive and Achievement OrientatedComputer literacy – Intermediate level for all MS Office ApplicationsProficiency in the use of CEVA systems such as Cargowise, DRFT, etc and external systems used for transaction processing
