about the Leader Empowerment Accelerator Program
PMFTC, affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI) in the Philippines, is looking for talented self-starters to be part of LEAP (Leader Empowerment Accelerator Program) – a structured program anchored on PMI’s Talent Development Model and designed to develop young talent and accelerate their career progression within PMFTC to become future leaders in our organization.
Development through LEAP
We offer progressive and accelerated development and learning discoveries within 18 months. Our learning ecosystem under the LEAP program includes functional rotations, skills and behavioral trainings, coaching and mentoring, and team collaboration on projects. You get to enrich your knowledge and understanding by learning from others while performing key business roles, and have the breadth of exposure as you engage and collaborate with other more senior members of the organization.
LEAP offers development tracks for you to choose from, each track offering immersive, exciting and inspiring experiences for personal growth, balance and engagement:
Field Sales
Develop consumer and trade understanding through direct engagement and exposure to consumers and retailers. Get actual experience working with our field sales team and appreciate sales office operations and processes.
Who we’re looking for?
Young talent preferably with 1-2 years of experience and have a strong and keen interest in sales or marketing. Individuals with the drive and curiosity to learn, and the ability to work well with others. Depending on your track of choice, you must be amenable to be assigned in any of our sales offices within the country.
For Field Sales track, you should be willing to do field work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, and you must have at least a one (1) year driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
