A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has just been made available with one of Australia’s Leading Education Consultancy companies as it is looking for a Project Coordinator. Be a part of a professional and dynamic team that drives the productivity of the company by performing excellent project management and reporting.

The Role

As a Client Project Coordinator, you will make sure that client projects are moving on time and on scope from initial concept to completion while providing end-to-end support and facilitating communication between the clients and teams.

This will be done through constant monitoring and updating of status of the projects Fusion360 is currently engaged in. You will also be providing reports and status updates to management and the clients regarding the progress of the projects and any issues that may arise.

Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform accurate project onboarding / set up and tracking through our project management tool (Wrike)Build positive client relationship through consistent lines of communicationEnsure customer expectations and concerns are met and dealt with in a timely mannerCoordinate resources, and manage project deliverables, in line with the project scope, timeline, budget hours and while maintaining quality or projectsDelegate work to the relevant departments/team and provide guidance as neededKeep team highly motivated and help build high levels of client satisfactionPerform regular risk assessments on projects and proactively plan strategies to minimize and mitigate risksCommunicate, problem solve and collaborate with team about risks, issues and opportunitiesProvide regular reports to all client stakeholders on project statusMonitor, track, and report on the overall schedule and status of projects to the operations manager and compliance managerManage issues and complaints with clients

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any fieldTwo to three years’ experience in project management and client liaisonImpeccable English skills (verbal and written communication)Proficient with computers and Microsoft officeTyping Speed of 50+ wpmHigh attention to detailAbility to understand technical as well as business requirementsCapable of juggling multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyAble to lead meetings, present complex information and make decisions together with the teamExceptional time management and organizational skillsPassion for excellence at every level - Leadership skills and business acumenDesire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the company
