Job Description
The Operations Specialist is responsible to supervise day-to-day operations to the assigned branch areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
.Ensures that all Branches are open at exactly 7:30AM.
.Provides immediate solution for branches with issues and concerns on manpower.
.Maintains expert-level knowledge in operational process; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
.Improves personnel’s job-related skills; develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods,
checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage personnel’s development.
.Conducts a regular branch stay of at least 4 stores or 8 virtual store visit weekly.
.Submits report of what transpired during branch stay. Report must detailed all the issues and concerns encountered and the solutions provided.
.Approves supplies requests and validates all items for replacement/repair prior seeking approval from Operations Manager.
.In charge of the maintenance of physical appearance of the store and assist branch for any minor repairs.
.Assists branch personnel during store transfer and new branch set-up to ensure that everything is in place and the store is ready to operate and accept clients.
.Consolidates and monitors audit reports with regards to store discrepancy to provide swift recommendation when it comes to changes of assigned BH or transfer of personnel.
.Responsible for all the request supplies and marketing collaterals needed during the opening of new stores. (Posters, signage and others).
.Other duties assigned by the Management.
Qualifications :
· Graduate of BS Commerce or any business-related course.
· Must have 2 years of retail experience in retail industry
· Must have a strong focus on results
· Must have strong determination and perseverance.
