WHAT IS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER?

Our Satellite Office – Internal Team is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER to be part of their team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? 

The Business Development Officer will be contributing in generating customer engagements for offshore staffing and/or outsourcing solutions.  This role will be responsible for leads qualification and prospect engagement via follow up calls and emails whilst maintaining and developing good customer and client relationships.

High learning ability to understand services offered.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and spoken English Language Skills.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.Ability to present solutions either over the phone, video conference, or in person.Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent proficiency and people skills are required.Proven experience in a Business Development / B2B.Sales role handling services and or/technology.At least 2 years of recent experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore staffing solutions (lead processing, validation, presentations, relationship management) is required.Proven ability to cold call and prospect/canvass for new business and deliver presentations and product/service demos to clients with excellent manner and articulation.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and ability in managing sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.Strong understanding and proficiency in the usage of CRMs is required.
