WHAT YOU WILL DO:
● Deliver the sales target for KROMA media by proactively pursuing and creating opportunities with partners that span our traditional media, digital and experience channels across 9 lines of business.
● Participate in the development of the sales strategy. Use market knowledge to create unique value propositions for our partners.
● Create fused sales packages that maximize the KROMA ecosystem. Able to strategize the best sales mix given partner objectives.
● Manage and grow our partner and agency relationships to make KROMA a partner of choice. Deal with multinational partners across all levels of the organization.
● Provide business units with a strategic perspective to help craft IPs, formats, and executions that are relevant and sellable.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
● Proven track record in Sales in Media, Advertising, and eCommerce with 6+ years of experience
● Great love for Pinoy entertainment. A passion and pulse for media and entertainment.
● Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape, industry developments, innovation and trends. Considers data as a critical component of planning and decision making.
● Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.

● Entrepreneurial and highly motivated, able to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Flexible in work set-up. Media demands unconventional ways of working.
● You will be responsible for charting a new path for Sales, fusing traditional and digital to create unique executions and solutions.
