The Brand Manager is a key contributor in the development & implementation of the assigned brand’s strategies & corresponding marketing plans that address partners’ and end-users’ needs & sustainably achieve short to long-term business objectives.

Job Description:

Effectively leads the brand’s development by continuously identifying and developing growth drivers, based on partners’ and end-users’ needs relevant insights, to accelerate business results and drive consistent market share growth.Develops and executes marketing and channel development campaigns and promotions for the brand.Cultivates marketing partnerships to partner resellers to broaden the reach of the business brands.Develops, implements, and manages assigned brand’s marketing plans, behind keen understanding of partners and end-users across all vertical industries & leveraging full marketing mix to deliver business goals.Responsible for the brand target (revenue, GP and inventory) of the brand.Ensures and delivers quality initiatives and executions of the assigned category, in time and in full.Optimizes to focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that deliver maximum business results to achieve long-term consistent growth of the brand.Involved in the process of budgeting, planning & keeping budget in line with aligned key metrics.Collaborate closely & build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably Marketing, Business Management or any related course.At least 3 years of brand management experience any related industry, ideally with background in IT and AV.Proven track record in building market shares and business of a brand.Experience in working with local, regional and/or global functional team.Strong leadership and project management skills, Strong skills related to full brand management / marketing spectrum and financially literate in managing P&L.Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills-
