QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Ability to handle Buyers
- Must be flexible
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Can comprehend both English and Tagalog
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work immediately in Angeles City Main Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare all the necessary documents for each buyer in preparation for the initial process.
- Make DOAS, request TCT, TD, HD, ledger
- Endorse folders to the Sales Group for the payments of each account
- Update monitoring for the purpose of monthly report
- Entertain buyers concerns regarding the account status
- Made follow up for buyers with incomplete documents
- Assist buyers for in-house for the execution of deed of Assignment/Change name
