To develop and promote Freyssinet’s new build business in the PhilippinesEstablishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with clients.Managing and interpreting customer requirementPreparation of precise/well-prepared cost study by liaising regularly with fellow sales & commercial engineers, technical, purchasing, logistics, operations and senior company managers.Ensure timely submission of commercial offers after approval by Sales & Commercial Manager.To proactively follow-up submitted proposals and revise quotations when necessary.Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and condition.Negotiating tender and contract termsRegularly recording and maintaining client contact and sales data on CRM Sales Force.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data through CRM Sales ForceMaking client presentations to promote Freyssinet system and value propositions.Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts from other BU’sTo assist in follow-up of payments
