JOB DEscriptION :
Contact Prospective and existing customers by telephone in order to offer and sell a range of insurance products.Listening actively, probing appropriately and providing feedback to build client relationships and understand client needs.Explain product features, advantages, benefits and answer related question from the customersIdentifying and reaching accurately to the behavior and emotions of clients.Influencing clients to avail an insurance plan and enroll to policy to achieve monthly sales goals required for the insurance campaign.Capture accurate details of the customer information such as name, address, credit card numbers, beneficiaries, medical conditions, payment method, call dispositions etc. entered into the CRM system.Ensure adherence to sales scripts specifically disclosures, compliance and quality standards.Any other administrative maker functions assigned from time to time.
