Systematically archive/scan/file all legal documents of the department.Prepares corporate documents needed by other departments.Assists in the preparation of documents needed for BIR compliance.Prepares invoice request and assist distribution of invoices to sites.Requirements:
Graduate of BS Banking and Finance, Management or other related courses.Must be a team player and detail-oriented.With good customer service skills, must be highly motivated, aggressive and result-oriented.With excellent oral and written English communication skills.With above average Office Applications skills (MS Excel, Word Processing, etc.)Preferably with related experience; Fresh grads with good scholastic background may also apply.Available Benefits:
