More about the role:Reporting· Creating new reports· Maintaining ongoing reports· Publishing ongoing reportsService Levels & Staffing· Ensuring we are meeting SLA’s by working with Ops and Workforce Management· Identify any trends and get out in front of it with the client· Work with Ops on Improvement Plans as needed· IT Liaison for any issues that ariseWork with IT to ensure issues resolved:· Client Contact· IT Contact· Join bridgesPrimary contact for all Manager Levels with the client on the below:· Issues· FTE· Service LevelsQualifications:· 5+ years of experience in Account/Client Management in a BPO setting· Proven track record in solutions-based relationships and demonstrated creativity in analyzing and identifying solutions.· Industry knowledge of interaction centers and specific business verticals. Ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization and client management.· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions,to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.· Ability to work on a night shift schedule
