Job Responsibilities:
· Consolidate purchase orders and process sales orders using company system
· Coordinate with sales team in collecting payment and monitoring delivery to dealers
· Validate support program to dealers using company system and request credit memo
· Extract data and prepare reports required for decision-making and problem-solving
· Organize significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
· Maintain database by updating, verifying, and backing up data
Qualifications:
· Possess at least Bachelor’s degree / College Degree in any field, (preferably Business or Mathematics related)
· Possess high attention to detail, problem solving skills, & strong logical thinking
· With excellent communication and organization skills
· Knowledgeable in MS Office; Advanced proficiency is required for Microsoft Excel.
· Must be residing at Davao City.
