Prefer with Technical and industry (EDU) background
a. 2 years of experience in Modern Work using Microsoft Technologies like Teams, Exchange and customization, integration with MS SharePoint, MS Outlook
b. Experience with Exchange online where appropriate.
c. Experience in developing custom workflows, plug-ins and integrating custom web pages into Teams Apps.
d. Good knowledge of Web Development Skills - HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax and Visual Studio

Classroom specialist responsible for accelerating usage and adoption of Teams for students, faculty and staff. Promotes teacher training and innovative workloads that lead to sustained usage. Works with the PDM as the expert to enable local Training partners and increase usage and adoption of M365 with customer.
a. Deliver a “customer success plan” tied to business outcomes with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them
b. Deliver an Adoption Plan that identifies key scenarios for usage of Modern Work for Education
c. Deliver a Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) heatmap ithin each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on Microsoft’s behalf
d. Build and maintain a communication flow to customer in case of online service-related issues and events
e. Be accountable to drive high usage of Modern Work for Education within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption Plan
f. Leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customer’s usage of existing workloads
g. Proactively identify new workloads and expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the customer and for Microsoft
h. Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on Microsoft’s behalf
i. Build/maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in case of online service-related issues and events
j. Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple external (e.g. customer’s Partner) and internal Microsoft sales and services teams and be highly connected to Microsoft SMEs throughout the customer’s Education Transformation initiatives.
k. Collaborate with key roles in other product groups to deliver full Microsoft value to customer.
