CRM Planning & Execution
Develop CRM plans anchored on the brand and campaign objectivesManage highly relevant and engaging CRM campaigns and brand community development initiatives, from conceptualization to executionSource and apply consumer data and research to gain data-inspired and compelling insightsTrack, measure, and evaluate performance of different customer communications, and conduct A/B tests for optimization and improvement of CRM campaigns.Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working processCoordinate with cross-functional teams within Marketing and other departments like GTM and Sales to strongly integrate CRM with product launch campaigns and sales initiativesPartnership
Develop key strategies for partnership development based on consumer behavior, industry insights, competitive landscape, product lineup and potential impactManage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such partnerships (ie. lead generation, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration, and follow up).Monitor the success of each partnership and manage relationships.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5-7years work experience in the field of CRM/Digital MarketingExperience in handling Consumer Electronics is preferredPrior experience in Email/Mobile app, direct marketing, and analyticsStrong writing and communication skillsStrong knowledge and interest in global and local trendsGood knowledge on the global and local tech industryProven track record of personally crafting and perfecting marketing strategies to deliver growth
