Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any related field;At least 3 years of successful sales background in a Consumer Goods industry;Candidates must have a thorough understanding and exposure to Key AccountsCandidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, willingness to mentor and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure;Must have a driver’s license and is flexible to do field work; those who are willing to be relocated get an advantage.

Role Summary: 

Ensures that account of assignment continues to grow in terms of scope, volume, and number of accounts;Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discuss the opportunity to further grow the business;Provides and negotiates best deal programs;Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts;Ensures that sales targets are achieved.
