WHAT IS AN ASSET FACILITIES COORDINATOR?
Our Satellite Office – Internal Team is looking for an ASSET FACILITIES COORDINATOR to be part of the team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidate and monitor the inventory of equipment purchased by Satellite OfficeMonitor the movement of assets to other locationsSubmit movement of Assets to the Client Services Director for approval and documentationConsolidate and monitor repair status of equipmentConsolidate and report summary of disposal and retirement of equipment per monthCoordinates and keep record of claim for equipment under warrantyCoordinate with maintenance team for equipment repair scheduleIn-charge of disposal of unrepairable equipmentRecord, monitor and analyze spare parts usage and lifespanMonitor accomplishment of Job Orders for equipment repairPrinting of Asset TagsPerforms other task which may assign from time to time..

Willing to work Australian hours (Sydney)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Advanced knowledge of Google Doc, Sheets, Mail, CalendarExperience with Australian businesses is beneficialQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable College or University preferredPrevious experience in a supervisory role2-4+ years’ experience in a BPO setting
