Our innovations team has won for us global awards such as Sustainability Pioneer given by Organic Monitor (now Ecovia Intelligence) in 2016 as well as Global Beauty Industry Award in Game-changing Leadership in 2017.
Now, we are looking to find a passionate Marketing Innovations Manager who will drive innovations strategy for the HN business, drawing from identified gaps and opportunities as well as from studying the potential based on current and possible resources. As Sustainability is one of our primary innovation drivers, you will likewise lead this as an affinity group, building the brand HN as a pioneer in sustainability through:
a. A constant launch of new products
b. Regular campaigns, refreshing our communications/positioning for sustainability following the magalogue cycle but not limited to magalogue executions.
Responsibilities:
Innovations/New Products Development (NPD)
1. Be the initiator and driver of innovation ideas (covering both completely new products as well as renovations) for the brand by working with the category team as well as the founders in identifying priority areas for business growth and mapping/ matching to prevalent and underlying consumer needs
2. Qualify new product ideas/ renovations that have the strongest potential through a discussion with RND, category and research; from which those which pass will go to business case analysis
3. Drive innovation/renovation ideas ready for new product dev process by maintaining a viable list of new products or reformulations on a 2-year cycle 4. Drawing up New Product and Product Reformulation Design Specification Sheet
5. Ensuring follow-through from ideation to execution/launch/post-launch working together with the NPD team and the different teams in marketing
6. Ensure preparation of the launch plan, conduct post launch plan analysis

Qualification:
Graduate of any four-year course.With minimum 5 years experience in brand/category management for FMCG, with min 2 years as driver of innovation; personal care a PLUS. 2.
