1. Monitor and analyze Statement of Accounts of Globe Stores
2. Aligns and collaborates with stakeholders (CSS, Finance, NTG) to ensure the correctness of Billings and Statement of Accounts
3. Coordinates with enabling teams, RBA, Finance-PPM, SOS-Regulatory on issues concerning refund of deposits, rental and utilities payment for closed stores and construction bond refund
4. Process deposit payments for new builds
5, Monitoring and sending of BIR 2307/eCWT to Lessors
