P&L:

Budget proposals, return of investment reports

SERVICE DELIVERY: Strategy creation, development, and delivery

MARKETING - Study marketing trends and competitor analysis, identify the 4Ps of Marketing in Q2, and cross function with Customer Experience Director for alignments on messaging. Digital Marketing Management, concepts, ideas, and development. B2B Marketing required. developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectationBRANDING - Employer Value Proposition and brand credibility building. Creating the overall branding direction of Q2. Carrying out the market research for trends to develop strategies that will manage marketing campaigns across print, media, and online platforms.  To manage third party agency for the execution of the proper ideas that are relevant to the company - ensure that the employees resonate to the brand.MonITORING AND evalUATION - Impact assessment and validation (analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports)ADVERTISING - Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to have brand consistency to ensure meeting clients and employees expectations and working with colleagues across multiple departments

EVENTS:

Conceptualize and lead the team running marketing events for launches, exhibitions, photoshoots, employee engagement activities that support the brandManaging budgets launches, exhibitions and, photo shoots.
