Team: Reports to TAA Manager and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business
What you can expect:
Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilisation of sourcing strategies
Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Key interdependencies:
Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, CEN TAA team, Employees and Managers
External stakeholders: Vendors, IBM, Potential candidates, recruitment community forums, universities/ campus
Critical competencies:
3-5+ years of recruiting experience
Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills
