Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related coursesAt least 1 year of experience in volume recruitment, preferably in manpower agenciesPreferably with experience in regional recruitment, PESO coordination, DOLE accreditationProficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft applicationsCreative and resourcefulCan work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills – both in written and verbal form

As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

Conducts lead generation activities for assigned sourcing channels.Assists in the execution of sourcing strategies and preparation of reports for mass and non-mass recruitment as neededEnsures accurate and updated job posting materials for assigned mass roles.Performs daily extraction of leads from various online job portals & social sitesConducts paper screening on all leads received and ensures all candidates endorsed for processing pass minimum qualifications as requiredResponsible for the accurate and complete entry of pertinent candidate data into the web-based trackerEnsures that all leads are screened and processed timely
