Timekeeping and Payroll - accurate encoding of employee biologs, preparing monthly salary computation, processing salary adjustmentsMonitoring of Leave credits - yearly renewal of VL and SL for existing employees, computation of available leaves for cash conversion every year endAttendance Management System - monitoring and maintenance of Attendance System, assist employees attendance concernsStatutory Benefits - timely submission of government remittances for payment (SSS, PHIC and HDMF), accurate computation of SSS Sickness and Maternity BenefitsHealth and Wellness - manages employee Health benefits and Annual Physical ExamsReports - updates monthly benefits monitoring, DOLE Reports for ComplianceEmployee Engagements - daily engagements activities, company events, team building and sportsfestRecruitment - assist HR Officer with sourcing and initial interview of applicants, as needed

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resource ManagementWith 2-3 years working experience with Compensation and BenefitsKnowledge of labor laws especially related to Compensation and BenefitsCan communicate in clear and precise mannerAbility to comprehend and follow instructionsCan work with minimal supervisionStrategic, good time management, can handle pressure
