The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing  various HR-related duties. The HR Generalist is in charge of the day-to-day management of HR operations, which means managing the administration of the policies, procedures and programmes of the organization. This is a full role requiring someone who enjoys planning and developing systems, has real attention to detail but is particularly  interested in the personal development of the organization’s human resources.

Processes all  Incident reports received by HR as per process manual.Responsible for implementing the MOP on Due Process with regards to  Disciplinary cases involving employees.  This includes drafting the NTEs/NODs and serving these to the concerned individual.  It also means following the appropriate timing in between Incident reports- NTEs-Response to the NTEs- NODs.In close coordination with the Legal Department and the Admin Manager, evaluates the response to the Notice to Explain. Implements the MOP on Due Process and ensures the timely release of NODs.Processes the issuance of Corporate SIM Cards based on instructions, the monitoring and payment of the Globe Telecom  account.  This includes the efficient submission of the  monthly Globe Telecom report to the CHRO. Prepares the Request for payment (RFP)  for Globe Telecom every 3rd week of the month and submits this  to the Admin Manager. Encodes the   monthly  Globe Telecom SOA and implements the process on the Corporate sim card. Drafts and releases an email to employees who have incurred  excess billing.Implements the Process on Sim cards and makes sure the Undertaking is prepared/signed/filed in the 201/E201 of the concerned employee. All appropriate trackers are updated. Implements the MOP on Lost sim cards  and processes the request  for the replacement of a  lost sim card.Implements the MOPs on Processing a Laptop loan / Cellphone Loan/ Car Loan request.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business related courseWith at least 3 years HR related experienceCan work with minimal supervisionOrganized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has an eagerness to learnGood oral and written communication skills Tech-savvy, knowledgeable in google applicationsHas units in law is an advantage.
