As a gatekeeper of HR data, you will be involved in different tasks related to the creation, maintenance, and use of employee data globally.

Maintaining an updated and accurate employee record within the HR systemsEnsuring that all data movements are supported by necessary approval based on the business requirements, performing data validation and audit to ensure accuracyEnsuring that transactions and processes are compliant with the defined company policies, acting on requests from the business and deliver the expected outputEnsuring the timely processing of staff detail change requests as inputs to payroll and other related processingAnswering inquiries received via email and phoneEnsuring that high levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained in performing job responsibilitiesGood time management and document preparation skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving and decision making skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel and WordHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage tasks through to completionAbility to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
