Apply now and be part of a growing professional and dynamic team in one of Australia's leading training organisations! As the HR and Operations Coordinator for Inspire Education, you will be primarily responsible for being the officer-in-charge (OIC) of all the HR functions: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and organisational development, employee engagement, exit management, and work health and safety. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the HR team and performing coaching and mentoring sessions as needed. Your duties and responsibilities will include:People ManagementManaging the HR teams' performance through maintenance of KPIs, employee satisfaction and morale, and completion of projects and regular tasksConducting the quarterly and annual performance reviews of team members and coaching/mentoring sessionsCreate training and transitions plans as needed for new hires or promoted employees within the teamConduct the staff welfare check with new hires and coaching/mentoring sessions with the team members as neededProvide support and guidance to HR staff when complex, specialised, and sensitive questions and issues arise.Facilitate the weekly and monthly meetings with the teamAttend regular and ad hoc meetings as neededHR AdministrationOversee the HR Assistant (Recruitment) in all end-to-end recruitment activities.Oversee all HR internal processes and ensure that all of them are implemented and completed on time, whichever is applicableImplement the Company Policies and Procedures, and revise and/or update when necessary.Ensure that all employees are compliant with the company policies and procedures by handling employee concerns and identifying any violation or breach of policies and conduct promptly and implementing sanctions accordinglyPropose and work on relevant projects beneficial to Inspire EducationHandle HMO Policy renewalPerform interviews and reference checks to assist the HR Assistant (Recruitment)Strategic HRReview market salaries and ensure that the salaries offered in the organisation are matched or at par with the marketCreate learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employeesAssist in culture-building activitiesTraining and DevelopmentFacilitate internal training of Inspire EducationReview and revise training presentations from time to time to ensure that all the information is up to date To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:Must have taken up or completed a course relevant to Human ResourcesHR certifications and/or post-graduate degrees are an advantage but not a requirementAt least 5 years of experience in general HR and AdminExperience in other facets of HR is an advantage with a strong emphasis on recruitmentExperience in a fast-paced working environment is preferredExperience in a multinational company is an advantageExperience in handling work permits, visas, etc. is an advantageFamiliar with Philippine Labor Laws, and other compliancesCAN START ASAPWhat’s in it for you?Weekends off!Accessible location in Ayala Ave., Makati CityCompetitive salary package!Annual Vacation and Sick leave credits100k HMO Benefits with up to 2 dependentsFun company events!Weekly dress-downs, Friday Fun Day, Family Day, EOFY Celebration, Inspire Cup, Christmas Event, and many more!Work in a dynamic and fun environment!Continuous professional growth and development:Wide array of trainingsOpportunity to take an Inspire Certification course of your interest upon 1st year!
